A Petition to wind up the above-named company, Iconic Power Limited (12409530) of 6th Floor, 4 More London Riverside, London, SE1 2AU (being the registered office of the Company and the address at which service of the Petition was effected), whose nature of business is Engineering design activities for industrial process and production, presented on Tuesday 7 July 2026 by PHARAOH LIMITED, of 5 The Quadrant, Coventry, CV1 2EL, claiming to be a Creditor of the Company, will be heard at the HIGH COURT OF JUSTICE, BUSINESS AND PROPERTY COURTS OF ENGLAND AND WALES, INSOLVENCY AND COMPANIES LIST (ChD), Rolls Building, 7 Rolls Buildings, Fetter Lane, London, EC4A 1NL, on Wednesday 19 August 2026, at 10:30 (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).
