This notice is given under Rule 6.14, 15.7 and 15.8 of the Insolvency (England and Wales) Rules 2016 ('the Rules"). It is delivered by the Joint Liqiudator of the Company and the convener of the meeting, Elias Paourou and Marc Norman, of Quantuma Advisory Limited, 3rd Floor, 37 Frederick Place, Brighton, Sussex, BN1 4EA.

Creditors are invited to attend a virtual meeting for the purposes of considering the following: 1. That creditors confirm the appointment of Elias Paourou and Marc Norman as Joint Liquidators appointed by the Secretary of State 2. That an alternative nominated Liquidator shall replace Elias Paourou and Marc Norman as Joint Liquidators of the Company.
