Notice is hereby given that on 7 August 2026 a Petition was presented to the Sheriff Court at Dumbarton Sheriff Court by Xerox Finance Limited, Building 4 Uxbridge Business Park, Sanderson Road, Uxbridge, UB8 1DH, craving the Court inter alia that Columbus Facilities Maintenance Limited, a private limited company incorporated under the Companies Acts (registration number SC621081) and having its Registered Office at 11 South Elgin Place, Clydebank, G81 1XP (the “Company”) be wound up by the Court; in which Petition the Sheriff at the Sheriff Court at Dumbarton by interlocutor dated 7 August 2026; ordained the Company and all interested parties, if they intend to show cause why the prayer of the petition should not be granted, to lodge Answers thereto in the hands of the Sheriff Clerk at Dumbarton Sheriff Court within 8 days after intimation, service or advertisement. All of which notice is hereby given.
