That George Lafferty of BTG Begbies Traynor (Central) LLP, whose contact address is Scottish Provident Building, 7 Donegall Square West, Belfast, County Antrim, BT1 6JH be and is hereby appointed as Liquidator for the purposes of such winding up and that any power conferred on them by law or by this resolution, may be exercised and any act required or authorised under any enactment to be done him.
