Notice of Bar Date for Client Custody Asset Claims pursuant to Regulations 11 and 12E of the SAR and Rule 138 of The Investment Bank Special Administration (England and Wales) Rules 2011
Notice is hereby given that the JSAs have set a bar date of 17:00 hours (BST) on 11 September 2026 (the "Bar Date") for the submission of claims to Client Custody Assets (including Security Interest Claims), as set out in Regulation 11(1)(a) and (b) of the SAR. This Bar Date does not apply to Client Money.
Claimants who submit claims after the Bar Date will have no rights to interfere with distributions already made.
