NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Article 92 of The Insolvency (Northern Ireland) Order 1989, that the Final Meetings of Members and Creditors of the above-named Company, will be held at the offices of McCambridge Duffy LLP, 101 Spencer Road, Derry, N. Ireland, BT47 6AE on 10 September 2026 at 10:00am and 10:15am respectively.

The meetings are called pursuant to Article 92 of the Insolvency (Northern Ireland) Order 1989 for the purpose of having an account laid before them by the Liquidator showing the manner in which the winding-up has been conducted and the property of the Company disposed of, and of hearing any explanations that may be given by the Liquidator.

Proxies to be used at the meeting should be lodged at the offices of McCambridge Duffy LLP, 101 Spencer Road, Derry, N. Ireland, BT47 6AE or by email to Bradley Molloy at bmolloy@mccambridgeduffy.com no later than 12.00 noon on the business day preceding the meeting.
