1. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the London Borough of Brent on 3rd August 2026 made the above-mentioned Orders under sections 6, 45, 46, 49 and 124 of and part IV of Schedule 9 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended.

2. The general effect of the 'Waiting and Loading Restriction' Order will be to extend the operational hours of the existing waiting restrictions in Longstone Avenue, the east side, between 12 metres south of the northern boundary of No. 130 Longstone Avenue and Nos. 132 and 134 Longstone Avenue, operating from ‘between 8.00 a.m. and 6.30 p.m. on Mondays to Saturdays’ to ‘at any time’.

3. The general effect of the ‘Parking Places’ Order will be to revoke a zone HW permit holders only parking place in Longstone Avenue, the north-east side, from a point opposite the northern boundary of No. 130 Longstone Avenue to a point 21.5 metres north of a point opposite that boundary.

4. Copies of the Orders, which will come into operation on 17th August 2026, of maps of the relevant areas and of the above-mentioned Orders of 1979 and 2019 (and of any Orders which have amended those Orders) can be requested via email during normal office hours on Mondays to Fridays inclusive until the end of six weeks from the date on which the Orders were made at trafficorders@brent.gov.uk.

5. Any person desiring to question the validity of any of the Orders or of any provision contained therein on the grounds that it is not within the relevant powers of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 or that any of the relevant requirements thereof or of any relevant regulations made thereunder has not been complied with in relation to any of the Orders may, within six weeks of the date on which the Orders were made, make application for the purpose to the High Court.
