Important note

The Agilent Technologies LDA UK Limited Retirement Benefits Plan (the “Plan”) was set up on and from 1 August 2014 following the demerger of Agilent Technologies UK Limited into Agilent Technologies LDA UK Limited and Keysight Technologies Limited. This notice may be relevant to any person who believes they have a claim against, or entitlement to a pension or any benefit from the Plan, including any such claim deriving from any person’s membership or another person’s membership of a Predecessor Plan. The Predecessor Plans are: (i) between 1 November 2001 and 31 July 2014, the Agilent Technologies UK Limited Retirement Benefits Plan; and (ii) before 1 November 2001, the Agilent Section of the Hewlett-Packard Limited Retirement Benefits Plan.

Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Section 27 of the Trustee Act 1925, that any person who believes that they have a claim against, or entitlement to a pension or any benefit from the Plan (including any such claim which derives from their membership or another person’s membership of one or more of the Predecessor Plans) is hereby required to send particulars in writing by 6 October 2026 of their claim or entitlement (together with their full name, month of birth, postcode and last 4 characters of your NI number) For this purpose, a claim or entitlement to a pension or any benefit includes any claim arising in connection with the requirement to equalise guaranteed minimum pensions.

The current Trustees of the Plan are winding up the Plan and will use the assets of the Plan to secure benefits for persons entitled thereto having regard only to those persons of whose claims and entitlements they have notice, and will not be liable to any other person. Any individuals who have already been contacted by or on behalf of the Trustees about the wind-up of the Plan and/or the equalisation of guaranteed minimum pensions should not respond to this notice as the Trustees already have details of their claims and entitlements.
