Notice to Creditors and Beneficiaries under Section 27 of the Trustee Act 1925

Notice is hereby given pursuant to Section 27 of the Trustee Act 1925 that, following the bulk transfer of member benefits from the Plan to the L&G Mastertrust in May 2026, T. Rowe Price Retirement Plan Trustee Limited (the "Trustee") is winding-up the Plan.

Any employee or former employee of T. Rowe Price International Limited or Oakhill Advisors (U.K. Services) Limited who believes that he or she was a member of the Plan is requested to write to:

to make a claim.

Claimants should provide their full name, any former names by which they may have been known, address, date of birth, NI number and details of when they worked for an employer named above. If any other person believes they have a claim against or an interest in the Plan, they are requested to write to the same address setting out full particulars of their claim. Please quote the Plan name in all correspondence.

All claims must be received by 9 October 2026. After this date, the Trustee will proceed to complete the wind-up of the Plan and distribute benefits for any remaining beneficiaries, having regard only to the claims and interests of which they have prior notice on the expiry of this notice. The Trustee shall not be liable to any person of whose claims and demands they have not had notice by the expiry date of this notice.

Any person who has been contacted by the Trustee at their current address or has already made a claim and received a response need not re-apply to the Trustee.
