Notice is hereby given that on 15 July 2026 a Petition was presented to Glasgow Sheriff Court by BIZCAP LIMITED of Suite 1, 7th Floor 50 Broadway, London, United Kingdom, SW1H 0DB craving the Court inter alia that C & D TRADING (SCOTLAND) LIMITED, a private limited company incorporated under the Companies Acts (registration number SC406612) and having its Registered Office at 77 Gartcraig Road, Glasgow, Scotland, G33 2NW (the “Company”) be wound up by the Court; in which Petition, the Sheriff at Glasgow by interlocutor dated 15 July 2026; ordained the Company and all interested parties, if they intend to show cause why the prayer of the petition should not be granted, to lodge Answers thereto in the hands of the Sheriff Clerk at Glasgow within 8 days after intimation, service or advertisement.
