Notice is hereby given that the following resolutions were passed on 29 July 2026 as a special resolution and an ordinary resolution respectively:

"That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Siann Huntley (IP No. 19130) of Leonard Curtis, 40 Queen Square, Bristol, BS1 4QP and Nicola Elaine Layland (IP No. 017652) of Leonard Curtis, 1580 Parkway, Solent Business Park, Whiteley, Fareham, Hampshire, PO15 7AG be and they are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators of the Company for the purposes of the winding up of the Company and that any act required or authorised under any enactment to be done by the Joint Liquidators may be done by all or any one or more of the persons for the time being holding such office."
