Notice is given under Rule 6.23 of the Insolvency (England and Wales) Rules 2016 ("the Rules") that the Company was placed into Creditors` Voluntary Liquidation (Insolvent Liquidation) and Stuart Kelly and Claire Harsley (IP numbers 13670 and 29512) of Mackay Goodwin Limited, 7 Smithford Walk, Prescot, Liverpool, L35 1SF were appointed Joint Liquidators by the creditors on 21 July 2026.
Notice is further given, that the creditors are required to prove their debts on or before 22 September 2026 by sending full details of their claims to the Joint Liquidators at Mackay Goodwin Limited, 7 Smithford Walk, Prescot, Liverpool, L35 1SF.
