We, Lee De'ath (IP No. 9316) and Tom Gardiner (IP No. 17990) both of BTG Begbies Traynor (Central) LLP, Town Wall House, Balkerne Hill, Colchester, Essex, CO3 3AD were appointed as Joint Liquidators of the Company on 15 October 2024.

The Joint Liquidators intend to declare a first dividend to the creditors of the Company who have not yet proved their debts are required, on or before 17 August 2026, to submit their proof of debt to the Joint Liquidators' correspondence address, Town Wall House, Balkerne Hill, Colchester Essex CO3 3AD and, if so requested to provide such further details or produce such documentary or other evidence as may appear to the Liquidators to be necessary.

Any creditor who has not proved their debt by the last date for proving will be excluded from the dividend, which we intend to declare within the period of 2 months of that date.
