NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a virtual meeting of creditors is to be held at on 03 August 2026 at 11:00 am for the purpose of, Mark Boast and Adrian Dante, currently acting as Joint Liquidators of the Company, be removed from office with effect from the passing of this resolution. That Kevin Ley and Henry Shinners of S&W Partners LLP Limited, be appointed in place of the existing Joint Liquidators. That a creditors committee be established if sufficient nominations are received by the deadline set out in the notice convening this meeting.
