A Petition to wind-up the above-named company of Cosmeditech Limited (14887277) of 10 St. Helens Road, Swansea, SA1 4AW previously trading at Unit 5, Llys Aur, Llanelli Gate, Llanelli, Carmarthanshire, SA14 8LQ, whose nature of business is the manufacture of irradiation, electromedical and electrotherapeutic equipment, presented on 12 May 2026 at 09:27 by PRIMACURE CO. LTD of 2002-Ho, 2305-Dong, 15 Convensia Daero, Yeonsu-gu, Songdo-dong, Incheon, Republic of Korea, claiming to be a creditor of the company, will be heard at the Swansea County Court, Swansea Civil Justice Centre, Caravella House, Quay West, Quay Parade, Swansea, SA1 1SP on 3 August 2026 at 15:00 (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).
