This notice is given pursuant to Rule 15.13 of the Insolvency (England and Wales) Rules 2016.

Notice is hereby given that a virtual meeting of the creditors of the above-named Company is being convened and will be held on 29 July 2026 at 11.00 am. Annalisa Elisabeth Brown, the director of the Company is the convener of the meeting (“the Convener”).

The primary purpose of the virtual meeting is for creditors to consider a decision on the nomination of liquidators, and if the creditors think fit, to appoint a liquidation committee.

In order to be entitled to vote at the meeting (either in person or by proxy), creditors must have submitted a proof in respect of their claim (unless a proof has already been submitted) to the Convener via the contact details below, by no later than 4pm on 28 July 2026.

Any creditor entitled to attend and vote at the meeting is entitled to do so either in person or by proxy. If you cannot attend and wish to be represented at the meeting, a completed proxy form must be delivered to the Convener via e-mail at medway@btguk.com or by post to their correspondence address at BTG BegbiesTraynor, Innovation Centre Medway, Maidstone Road, Chatham, Kent, ME5 9FD prior to the meeting.
