Notice is hereby given under Section 100 of the Insolvency Act 1986 (“the Act”) and Rules 6.14 and 15.8 of the Insolvency (England & Wales) Rules 2016 (“the Rules”) that a meeting of the creditors of the above-named company is being proposed by John Heath, the director of the Company.

A meeting of creditors is to take place for the purposes of considering the following: 1. The appointment of a Liquidator. 2. The establishing of a Liquidation Committee.

This meeting has been summoned under Section 246ZF(5)(a) of the Act and Rule 6.14(4) as a result of an objection to decisions proposed by Deemed Consent received from one or more creditors.
