Notice is hereby given that Joseph & Emma McTaggart have applied to the Chief Inspector for an Integrated Pollution Prevention and Control (IPPC) Permit P0648/26A to operate an installation involving the intensive rearing of poultry with a capacity of 70,000 broilers. The installation is located at 14 Maytone Road, Glenanne, Co. Armagh BT60 2JD.

The application contains all particulars as required by the Regulations including a description of foreseeable significant effects of emissions from the installation on the environment.

A copy of the application is available for public inspection free of charge, to view / download, on the DAERA Website at https://public-registers.daera-ni.gov.uk/pollution-prevention-control. You can use the permit reference above to search the public register.

Written representations about the application may be sent to the Chief Inspector of the Industrial Pollution & Radiochemical Inspectorate, Northern Ireland Environment Agency, 17 Antrim Road, Tonagh, Lisburn, Co.
