Notice is hereby given that on 2 July 2026 a Petition was presented to the Sheriff Court at Ayr by DAVID WRIGHT NEWBIGGING T/A POOL SOLUTIONS having a place of busines at Trabboch Farm, Stair, Mauchline KA5 5JD; craving the Court inter alia that TURNBERRY HOLIDAY PARK (SCOTLAND) LTD, a company incorporated under the Companies Acts (SC756741) and having its registered office at Turnberry Holiday Park, Girvan, Ayrshire, KA26 9JW (the “Company”) be wound up by the Court; in which Petition the Sheriff at the Sheriff Court at Ayr by interlocutor dated 2 July 2026; ordained the Company and all interested parties, if they intend to show cause why the prayer of the petition should not be granted, to lodge Answers thereto in the hands of the Sheriff Clerk at Ayr within 8 days after intimation, service or advertisement. All of which notice is hereby given.
