NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that an Extraordinary General Meeting of the Company will be held at First Floor, Queen Victoria House, Victoria Street, Douglas, Isle of Man, IM1 2LF on 24 July 2026 at 10am at which a resolution for the voluntary winding up of the Company is to be proposed.
NOTICE IS ALSO HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to Section 226 of the Companies Act, 1931, a Meeting of Creditors of the above Company will be held at First Floor, Queen Victoria House, Victoria Road, Douglas, Isle of Man, IM1 2LF on 24th July 2026 at 10:15am for the purpose of having a full statement of the position of the Company’s affairs, together with a list of Creditors and an estimated amount of their claim, laid before them and for the purpose, if thought fit, of appointing Craig Mitchell as liquidator and, if thought fit, of appointing a Committee of Inspection.
Forms of general and special proxies for both meetings may be obtained from the Directors. Proxies to be used at the Meeting must be lodged with the Company at its registered office by not later than 12pm on the 23 July 2026.
