NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Directors of the Company are convening a virtual meeting of creditors to be held on 5 August 2026 at 12:30pm, for the purpose of deciding on the nomination of a liquidator.

In order to be entitled to vote creditors must deliver proxies and proofs to MJ Advisory, Suite 2, The Brentano Suite, Solar House, 915 High Road, London N12 8QJ by 4:00pm (for proofs) on the business day before the meeting. A creditor may appoint a person as a proxy-holder to act as their representative and to speak, vote, abstain or propose resolutions at the meeting. A proxy for a specific meeting must be delivered to the chair before the meeting. Proxies may be delivered to MJ Advisory, Suite 2, The Brentano Suite, Solar House, 915 High Road, London N12 8QJ.

The convener of the meeting is the Directors.

NOTE: the meeting may be suspended or adjourned by the chair of the meeting (and must be adjourned if it is so resolved at the meeting).
