A Petition to wind up the above-named company of Green Foods International Ltd (11649201) of 4 Highlands Court, Cranmore Avenue, Solihull, West Midlands B90 4LE, whose nature of business is (1) Manufacture of other food products not elsewhere classified, (2) Manufacture of soft drinks; production of mineral waters and other bottled waters, (3) Wholesale of fruit and vegetable juices, mineral water and soft drinks, (4)Wholesale of other food , presented on Tuesday 23 June 2026, at 15:16 by OLDHAM COUNCIL, of Civic Centre, West Street, Oldham OL1 1UT claiming to be a Creditor of the Company, will be heard at the Liverpool Civil and Family Court, 35 Vernon Street, Liverpool L2 2BX on Tuesday 08 September 2026, at 10:30 (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).
