Notice is hereby given pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907 that each of Railways Pension Trustee Company Limited (as Trustee of the Railways Pension Schemes) and Railways Pension Trustee Company Ltd (together, the "Transferors") has transferred 100% of its respective interest in Apax Europe VI – A, L.P., a limited partnership registered in England and Wales under number LP 009868 (the "Partnership"), to the following entities in the proportions set out below:

(i) as to 95.6806%, to VF X (Flagship) Advisors LLC, acting as general partner for and on behalf of PEX Holdings 1025 LP; and

(ii) as to 4.3194%, to VF IX ESC Advisors LLC, acting as general partner for and on behalf of PEX Employee Aggregator I-A (P) LP,

(together, the "Transferees").

As a consequence of the above transfers, the Transferees became limited partners in the Partnership and the Transferors ceased to be limited partners in the Partnership.
