NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Rule 14.28 of The Insolvency (England and Wales) Rules 2016 (as amended), that I, Richard Paul Rendle , the Liquidator of the above named, intend paying a first and final dividend in respect of the unsecured claims of creditors within two months of the last date of proving specified below.
