Notice is hereby given that on 2 July 2026 a Petition was presented to the Sheriff at Livingston Sheriff Court by R F BROWN LIMITED, 1 Leckie Drive, Allanshaw Industrial Estate, Hamilton ML3 9FN craving the Court inter alia that J4 STORAGE LTD, a private limited company (Company No SC647062) having its registered office at Yard 3 Standhill Road, Bathgate EH48 2HT (the “Company”) be wound up by the Court and that joint interim liquidators be appointed; in which Petition the Sheriff at Livingston by interlocutor dated 2 July 2026; ordained all interested parties, if they intend to show cause why the prayer of the petition should not be granted, to lodge Answers thereto into the hands of the Sheriff Clerk at Livingston within 8 days after intimation, service or advertisement, and meantime appointed Ian Wright and Brian Milne, Insolvency Practitioners, Quantuma Advisory Limited, 3rd Floor, Turnberry House, 175 West George Street, Glasgow, G2 2LB to be joint provisional liquidators of the Company with the powers contained in sections 135, 167 and 169, and paragraphs 4 and 5 of Part 2 and paragraphs 6 and 12 of Part 3, both of schedule 4 of the Insolvency Act 1986; all of which notice is hereby given.
