Notice is hereby given that on 14 May 2026 a Petition was presented to the Sheriff Court at Perth by YESSS ELECTRICAL of Yesss House, Foxbridge Way, Normanton, WF6 1TN, craving the Court inter alia that UNITE SECURITY ELECTRICAL & FIRE LTD a company incorporated under the Companies Acts (SC406003) and having its registered office at Glenn Kippen, 25 Bertha Park View, Inveralmond Industrial Estate, Perth, PH1 3FZ (the “Company”) be wound up by the Court; in which Petition the Sheriff at the Sheriff Court at Perth by interlocutor dated 14 May 2026; ordained the Company and all interested parties, if they intend to show cause why the prayer of the petition should not be granted, to lodge Answers thereto in the hands of the Sheriff Clerk at Perth within 8 days after intimation, service or advertisement. All of which notice is hereby given.
