Notice is hereby given that on 1st July 2026 a Petition was presented to Edinburgh Sheriff Court by the Highland Council, Council Offices, Glenurquhart Road, Inverness, IV35NX, craving the Court inter alia to order that Chercor Limited (SC351405), a Private Limited Company, having its registered office at One, Broomieknowe, Lasswade, Midlothian, EH18 1LN, be wound up by the Court and an Interim Liquidator appointed; in which Petition the Sheriff at Edinburgh Sheriff Court by Interlocutor dated 1st July 2026 ordered Chercor Limited and any other persons interested, to lodge Answers by email to edinburghcommercial@scotcourts.gov.uk within eight days after intimation, service or advertisement.
