NOTICE IS GIVEN that Stephanie Larivee (IP No. 31710) of Closeday Limited, Suite 070, Unit 2, 94A Wycliffe Road, Northampton, NN1 5JF was appointed Liquidator of the above-named Company on 9 July 2026.

Creditors of the Company are required, on or before 31 August 2026, to send their full names and addresses, together with full particulars of their debts or claims, by email to support@closeday.com, or by post to Closeday Limited, Suite 070, Unit 2, 94A Wycliffe Road, Northampton, NN1 5JF, and, if so requested, to provide such further details or produce such documentary or other evidence as may appear to be necessary.

A creditor who has not proved their debt before the above date, or who increases the amount of their claim after that date, will be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before such debts are proved. The Liquidator may make a distribution without regard to the claim of any person in respect of a debt not proved by that date.

Following payment, or provision for payment, in full of the claims of all creditors who have proved their debts, any surplus funds remaining in the hands of the Liquidator will be distributed to the Company's shareholders.

Note: The Directors made a Declaration of Solvency prior to the commencement of the Members' Voluntary Liquidation and it is expected that all creditors will be paid in full.
