Notice is hereby given that we, Tyrone Courtman and Gareth Harris, the Joint Liquidators of the Company, intend declaring a first and final dividend to the creditors within two months of the last date of proving specified below. Creditors, with claims in excess of £1,000, who have not already proved are required, on or before 30 September 2026, the last day for proving, to submit their proof of debt to us at RSM UK Restructuring Advisory LLP, Rivermead House, 7 Lewis Court, Grove Park, Leicester, LE19 1SD and, if so requested by us, to provide such further details or produce such documentary or other evidence as may appear to be necessary. A creditor, with a claim in excess of £1,000, who has not proved their debt before the date specified above is not entitled to disturb, by reason that they have not participated in it, the dividend so declared.

A creditor with a debt which does not exceed £1,000, (according to the accounting records or statement of affairs of the company), will have their debt treated as if it were proved for the purposes of paying a dividend UNLESS the creditor advises the Joint Liquidators at the address above on or before 30 September 2026 that the amount of the debt is incorrect or that no debt is owed. Where a creditor advises that the amount is incorrect they must also then submit a proof of debt in order to receive a dividend.

Please note that some former client claimants of the Company, were provided with the option to make claims for compensation under the Financial Services Compensation Scheme (‘FSCS’), for some or all of their claim. If the sums claimed exceed the compensation paid under the FSCS, then those former clients may still submit a claim against the Company, in which case you are urged to submit a claim.

If any former clients have NOT made such a claim to the FSCS, then they are encouraged to do so as soon as possible by contacting www.fscs.org.uk/making-a-claim/failed-firms/berkeley-burke/

If any claims have been rejected by the FSCS or no claim can be made through the FSCS, then those clients can still submit a claim in the liquidation, to be adjudicated upon accordingly. In which case, you are again urged to submit a claim.
