Notice is hereby given by the general partner, pursuant to Section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, that as of 30 June 2026, The Kuwait Investment Office (being the London office of the Kuwait Investment Authority) acting in the name and for the account of The Government of the State of Kuwait in relation to the investing of the assets deposited into the account known as The Future Generations Fund (the "Transferor") transferred its entire interest as a limited partner in Stirling Square Capital Partners Third Fund A Limited Partnership (the "Partnership"), a limited partnership registered in England with registration number LP016165, to each of Pantheon Arrow LP, AMG Pantheon Lead Fund, LLC and Pantheon GPE Sub-Aggregator SCSp, which have been admitted as limited partners in the Partnership.
