Notice is hereby given that by special resolution passed on 23 June 2026, the above named Partnership was placed in members' (solvent) voluntary liquidation and James Neill (IP No. 12810) and John Donaldson (IP No. 25132) both of KPMG, The Soloist Building, 1 Lanyon Place, Belfast, BT1 3LP were appointed Joint Liquidators.

The Joint Liquidators give notice that the creditors of the above-named Partnership, are required, on or before 31 July 2026 to submit full details of their claims and their names and addresses to the Joint Liquidators of the said Partnership, at the above address, and, if so required by notice in writing from the said Joint Liquidators, are, personally or by their solicitors, to come in and prove their debts or claims at such time and place as shall be specified in such notice, or in default thereof they will be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before such debts are proved.

Please note that the above Partnership is no longer trading, is solvent and that this notice is purely a formality as all liabilities have been paid or will be paid in full.
