This notice is given by the Joint Administrators, Paul Ellison (IP No. 7254) and David Taylor (IP No. 13790) both of KRE Corporate Recovery Limited, Unit 8, The Aquarium, 1-7 King Street, Reading, RG1 2AN who were appointed on 9 October 2024, and is to inform creditors that the Joint Administrators intend to declare a first and final dividend to the unsecured creditors of the above Company.

Creditors who have not yet lodged their proof of debt should do so in writing to the office of the undersigned, David Taylor of KRE Corporate Recovery Limited, Unit 8 The Aquarium, 1-7 King Street, Reading, Berkshire, RG1 2AN, by 29 July 2026. Creditors who do not prove by that date will be excluded from the benefit of the distribution.

It is the Joint Administrators' intention to declare this dividend no later than 2 months from the last date for proving.

Creditors are also informed that the value of the prescribed part is estimated to be £19,000.
