Notice is hereby given that on 2 July 2026 a petition was presented to the Sheriff at Livingston by Karen Anne Jamieson Ltd, a company incorporated under the Companies Acts under company number SC711743 and having its registered office at Unit 1 Ochil House, Beveridge Square, Livingston EH54 6QF (“the Company”) craving the Court inter alia, that the Company be wound up by the Court, in which petition the sheriff, by interlocutor dated 3 July 2026, ordained any persons having an interest, if they intend to show cause why the prayer of the petition should not be granted, to lodge answers thereto in the hands of the sheriff clerk at Livingston Sheriff Court within eight days after intimation, service or advertisement, under certification; all of which notice is hereby given.
