Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Rule 15.13 of the Insolvency (England and Wales) Rules 2016.

Andrew Little (IP Number: 9668) and Gillian Margaret Sayburn (IP Number: 10830), both of BTG Begbies Traynor (Central) LLP, whose contact address is Ground Floor, Portland House, 54 New Bridge Street West, Newcastle upon Tyne, NE1 8AP, were appointed as Joint Liquidators of the Company on 23 August 2023 and 15 April 2024 respectively. The Company entered into Administration on 4 August 2022 followed by Liquidation on 11 August 2023.

We intend to declare a first and final dividend to the non-preferential creditors of the Company who, not already having done so, are required on or before the 06 August 2026 (“the last date for proving”) to send their proofs of debt to the Joint Liquidators of the Company and, if so requested to provide such further details or produce such documentary or other evidence as may appear to us to be necessary.

A creditor who has not proved his debt by the last date for proving will be excluded from the dividend, which we intend to declare within the period of 2 months of that date.
