NOTICE OF PETITION
A Petition to wind up INVENIA TECHNICAL COMPUTING CORPORATION (Canadian Company No. 659809-9), an unregistered company within the meaning of section 220 of the Insolvency Act 1986, whose registered office is at 1 First Street, Suite 220, Collingwood, Ontario, L9Y 1A1, Canada (the "Company"), was presented to the Court on 5 April 2024 and subsequently amended by SASCHA McDONALD of 329A Victoria Park Road, Hackney, London E9 5DX, a creditor and contributory of the Company.
The Company being an overseas company, the address at which service of the Petition was effected on the Company is care of its Trustee in Bankruptcy, Grant Thornton Limited, service having been effected by email to Jason.Kanji@doane.gt.ca pursuant to an order of the Court dated 27 May 2025.
The Petition is directed to be heard before the Court at the High Court of Justice, Business and Property Courts of England and Wales, Insolvency and Companies List (ChD), the Rolls Building, 7 Rolls Buildings, Fetter Lane, London EC4A 1NL on 17 July 2026 at 10:30am.
Any person intending to appear on the hearing of the Petition (whether to support or to oppose it) must give notice of that intention to the Petitioner in accordance with rule 7.14 of the Insolvency (England and Wales) Rules 2016. The notice must specify whether the person intends to support or oppose the Petition and must be received by the Petitioner not later than 16.00 hours on 16 July 2026 (the business day before the day appointed for the hearing).
The Petitioner acts as a Litigant in Person and has no solicitor.
