“That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Anthony Davidson (IP No. 11730) and Charles Hamilton Turner (IP No. 9195) both of Opus Restructuring LLP, 322 High Holborn, London, WC1V 7PB be and are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators of the Company for the purposes of such winding up."
