Notice is hereby given that the following resolutions were passed on 24 June 2026 as a special resolution and an ordinary resolution:

"That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Micheal Jenkins and David Adam Broadbent of BTG Begbies Traynor (Central) LLP, 11 Clifton Moor, York, YO30 4XG be nominated as liquidators of the Company for the purposes of the voluntary winding up, such nomination to be subject to the decision of the creditors.

At a subsequent meeting of creditors held on 24 June 2026, the following resolution was passed: "That the appointment of Conrad Alexander Pearson (IP No. 014732) and Patrick Lannagan (IP No. 009590) both of Forvis Mazars LLP, One St Peters Square, Manchester, M2 3DE as Joint Liquidators" and "That any act required or authorised under any enactment to be done by the Joint Liquidators may be done by all or any one or more of the persons holding the office of liquidator from time to time."
