Notice is hereby given under Section 100 of the Insolvency Act 1986 ("the Act") and Rules 6.14 and 15.8 of the Insolvency (England & Wales) Rules 2016 ("the Rules") that a meeting of the creditors of the above named Company is being proposed by Jon-Paul Fradley, the director of the Company.

A meeting of creditors is to take place for the purposes of considering the following: The appointment of a Liquidator. The establishing of a Liquidation Committee. The approval of the fees and costs for assisting with the proceedings to place the company into liquidation. The approval of the bases of the Liquidator’s fees and disbursements. The meeting will be held on 13 July 2026 at 11.00 am.
