Notice is hereby given that the following resolutions were passed on 24 June 2026, as a Special Resolution and an Ordinary Resolution respectively:

“That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Freddy Khalastchi (IP No. 8752) and Giuseppe Parla (IP No. 24352) both of Menzies LLP, 4th Floor, 95 Gresham Street, London, EC2V 7AB be appointed Joint Liquidators of the Company for the purposes of winding up the Company and that they be authorised to act either jointly or separately.”
