The Secretary of State for the Environment, Food & Rural Affairs, in exercise of the power conferred by section 122(2) of the Environment Act 1995, revoked the Environment Act 1995 (Derby City Council) Air Quality Direction 2019 on 25 March 2026. A copy of this notice and the letter confirming revocation is available for inspection at Seacole Building, 2 Marsham Street, London, SW1P 4DF.
