The Secretary of State for the Environment, Food & Rural Affairs, in exercise of the power conferred by section 122(2) of the Environment Act 1995, amended the Environment Act 1995 (Implementation of Measures For Nitrogen Dioxide Compliance) Air Quality Direction 2018 on 25 March 2026 to remove reference to City of Wolverhampton Council in schedules 1 and 2A copy of this notice and the letter confirming the amendment and revocation is available for inspection at Seacole Building, 2 Marsham Street, London, SW1P 4DF.
