Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Rule 14.29 of the Insolvency (England and Wales) Rules 2016 that the creditors of the above named Company, which is being voluntarily wound up, are required on or before 12:00 on 30 July 2026, to send their full names and addresses along with descriptions and full particulars of their debts or claims and the names and addresses of their solicitors (if any), to Dean Andrew Smith (9596) at Suite 19, Unit 2, 94a Wycliffe Road, Northampton NN1 5JF, and, if so required by notice in writing from said Liquidator, by their solicitors or personally, to come in and prove their debts or claims at such time and place as shall be specified in such notice, or in default thereof they will be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before such debts/claims are proved.

I intend to declare a final dividend to the unsecured creditors of the Company within 2 months of the last date for proving set out below
