Thereafter, the following Ordinary Resolution was duly passed:

"That Ian William Wright, (IP No. 9227) and Ishbel MacNeil, (IP No. 9426) are licensed Insolvency Practitioners, of Quantuma Advisory Limited, Third Floor, Turnberry House, 175 West George Street, Glasgow, G2 2LB, be appointed liquidators for the purposes of such winding up."
