“That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Tom Gardiner (IP No. 17990) and Lee De'ath (IP No. 9316) both of BTG Begbies Traynor (Central) LLP, Town Wall House, Balkerne Hill, Colchester, Essex, CO3 3AD be and are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators of the Company for the purposes of the voluntary winding up, and any act required or authorised under any enactment to be done by the Joint Liquidators may be done by all or any one or more of the persons holding office of liquidator from time to time."
