Notice is hereby given that on 17th June 2026 a petition was presented to Glasgow Sheriff Court by FERNHILL SCHOOL LIMITED (Company Number SC050819) craving the Court inter alia to order that FERNHILL SCHOOL LIMITED having their Registered Office at Fernbrae Avenue, Fernhill, Rutherglen, Lanarkshire, G73 4SG be wound up by the Court and that an Interim Liquidator be appointed; and that, in the meantime, Donald McKinnon, Insolvency Practitioner of WBG Services LLP, 168 Bath Street, Glasgow, G2 4TP be appointed Provisional Liquidator of the said Company; In which Petition Sheriff Taylor by Interlocutor dated 18th June 2026 appointed the said Donald McKinnon as Provisional Liquidator with the Powers contained in Parts I, II, and III of Schedule 4 to the Insolvency Act 1986; and appointed all persons having an interest to lodge answers within eight days after intimation, service or advertisement; all of which notice is hereby given.
