Meetings of Shareholders and Creditors Notice is given pursuant to Rule 144 of The Companies (Winding-Up) Rules 1934, that a General Meeting of the Shareholders, followed by a Meeting of the Creditors of the Company will be held at 9/F, St. George’s Building, 2 Ice House Street, Central, Hong Kong on 9 July 2026 at 9:30 a.m. (British Summer Time) and 10:00 a.m. (British Summer Time) respectively for the purpose of considering and, if thought fit, approving the resignation of Mr. Chu Fai (Jet) and the appointment of Mr. Kou Chio Meng (Ralph) in his place as the Liquidator of the Company.

Proxies to be used at the meetings must be lodged with the Liquidator’s office at 9/F, St. George’s Building, 2 Ice House Street, Central, Hong Kong by post or by email to projectcacl@alvarezandmarsal.com as soon as possible, and in any event no later than 4 p.m. (British Summer Time) on 8 July 2026.
