Jeremy Karr (IP Number: 009540) and Simon John Killick (IP Number: 23390), both of BTG Begbies Traynor (Central) LLP, whose contact address is Level 33, One Canada Square, London, E14 5AB, were appointed as Joint Liquidators of the Company on 31 January 2025.

We intend to declare and distribute a dividend to unsecured creditors of the Company by virtue of the prescribed part fund of any net floating charge property. The amount of the prescribed part is estimated to be around £9,064.37.

It is our intention to make a distribution within two months from the last date for proving, which is 25 July 2026. The dividend being declared will be a final dividend.

Unsecured creditors of the Company who, not already having done so, are required on or before 25 July 2026 ("the last date for proving") to deliver their proof of debt to the Joint Liquidators, whose contact details are below.
