A Petition to wind up the above-named company Hoban Waste Management Ltd (registered no. 08219298) of Chesney Wold, Bleak Hall, Milton Keynes, MK6 1NE, whose nature of business is collection of non-hazardous waste and treatment and disposal of non-hazardous waste, presented on 3 June 2026 by PREMIUM CREDIT LIMITED of Premium Credit Limited, Ermyn House, Ermyn Way, Leatherhead, Surrey, KT22 8UX claiming to be a Creditor of the Company, will be heard at the High Court of Justice, Rolls Building, Fetter Lane, London, EC4A 1NL on 15 July 2026 at 10:30am (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).
