Relevant Funds Soft Bar Date Notice.
Bar date notice under regulation 20(2) of the Pemii Regs and rule 110 of the Pemii Rules.
Notice is hereby given that the JSAs set the soft bar date of 21 July 2026 ('Bar Date') before which all customers should submit a Proof of Debt form and provide supporting documentation to the undersigned, of Azets, Gladstone House, 77-79 High Street, Egham, TW20 9HY, the JSAs of the Company. A short questionnaire for completion by each customer is also being issued with the notice.
The Bar Date only applies to Relevant Funds Claims (as defined in the PEMII Regs) and does not relate to any other type of claim that you may have against the Institution.
The JSAs may be contacted, and a hard copy of this notice may be requested, by either emailing JNFX@azets.co.uk or sending such request by post to Azets Holdings Limited, Gladstone House, 77- 79 High Street, Egham, Surrey TW20 9HY, marked for the attention of Louise Brittain.
If you have not yet submitted a Relevant Funds Claim, please complete and send a ‘Proof of Debt – (Customer)' to the JSAs by either:
(i) email to JNFX@azets.co.uk; or
(ii) post to Azets Holdings Limited, Gladstone House, 77- 79 High Street, Egham, Surrey TW20 9HY, United Kingdom marked for the attention of Louise Brittain
on or before 21 July 2026 so that the JSAs can consider your claim. Please also provide a completed questionnaire.
A copy of this notice has also been uploaded on the portal which can be accessed here: https://www.ips-docs.com/ using log-in details circulated to all known customers and creditors. Log-in details can be obtained by contacting the JSAs on the above details.
Save in certain exceptions, the PEMII Regs state that no payment or part of any payment made to any person in a distribution of Relevant Funds may be recovered for the purpose of meeting a relevant funds claim which is received after the Bar Date.
