NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Section 224(2) of the Companies Act 1931 that an Extraordinary General Meeting of the Company will be held at Derby House, 2nd Floor, 64 Athol Street, Douglas, Isle of Man, IM1 1JD, Isle of Man on 21 July 2026 at 10:00 for the purpose of having an account laid before them and to receive the Liquidator's report and accounts showing how the winding-up of the Company has been conducted and its property disposed of and of hearing any explanation that may be given by the Liquidator; and also of determining by Extraordinary Resolution that the manner in which the books, accounts, papers and documents of the Company and of the Liquidator thereof shall be disposed of and that the liquidation be concluded and the Liquidator released.

Any member entitled to attend and vote at the above-mentioned meeting may appoint a proxy to attend and vote instead of him and such proxy need not also be a member.

Proxies to be used at the meeting must be lodged with FRP Advisory (Isle of Man) Ltd, Derby House, 2nd Floor, 64 Athol Street, Douglas, Isle of Man, IM1 1JD, no later than 16:00 on 20 July 2026.
